Following a site and training night inspection by N E Wales Cricket Development Officer, Phil Evans, Prestatyn CC were re-accredited with the prestigious Clubmark award on 1st inspection.
Phil spent 2.5 hours scrutinising Child Welfare procedures, emergency procedures, the general running of the club and then inspected all the junior coaches sessions and the training taking place.
Not only did PCC pass, but Phil highlighted examples of Best Practice and stated PCC were the benchmark of what other clubs seeking accreditation had to follow.
All of the above is only possible with a buy -in from members of the M/C and all players and members of the club.

coaching session plans and for organising coaching for the juniors every Friday night, and to Tony Young, Chairman ,for his continued support to ensure PCC works to the best of its ability.
Many thanks also to all the Junior Coaches/Leaders at PCC who volunteer their time so freely for the benefit of our Junior section.
Clubmark is a set of standards governing cricket clubs and how they run all sections of the club.
Juniors are now safeguarded by rigourous standards, parents more informed, coaches and coaching methods scrutinised.
Members and Guests are also part of this buy- in process, to ensure PCC develops and maintains the highest of standards possible.
