Our function room at PCC is available to hire for Parties and Meetings etc.

For Parties please be advised that we can only take bookings from people who are 21 years of age +. We do not hold 18th Birthday parties. We can hold up to 100 Guests between the main function room and the bar room.

For meetings, we have a room that can be tailored to suit your requirements at a very low cost.

For Full Function Room hire we charge:

£60 plus £40 surety deposit . The £40 deposit will be returned after the event if there are no breakages, damage s etc.

We can also provide catering facilities, and can help you with a list of our dependable suppliers such as Caterers, DJ/DISCO etc if required and we have bar facilities also. Current bar license allows us to open the bar until 11pm and the event to be finished by 12 midnight when we ask guests to leave and respect the neighbouring residents in regards to noise.

******** PLEASE NOTE: If hiring the function room in the cricket season - April to September on Saturday and Sunday evenings one of our home teams will be playing cricket and the club will be in use by cricketers also
