jUNIOR mEMBERSHIP 2011

 a Junior membership form for 2011. The whole form together with signed codes of conduct for both players and parents/carers MUST be handed in together.

 All forms are valid for 2011. Please download the form highlighted in red and hand it in completed with your

 £25 subscription (aged 15 to 8 ) and

£10 subs if in Dragon Squad. (aged 5- 7)

* *If you have more than 1 child each extra child will be charged at £10 per child.

Forms to be handed in at:

Registration Day Saturday March 26th 10 am - 2pm at Beach Close or

Nat West Cricket Force Weekend April 9/10th 2011

New Members can hand in throughout the season on application of membership to Julie Jones our Junior Administrator.

The rest of the forms are to be read by the player and Parents/Guardians for your information only and do not have to be handed in.

By downloading forms and handing/sending them to the relevant club official, you are saving the club money.

Please hand the forms to Julie Jones and the Admin Team on Cricket Force Weekend. Only a small number of forms will be available at Beach Close.
